Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Jackson Talent Solutions ("JTS," "we," "us") is an operating division of Jackson Federal Solutions LLC. We respect the privacy of candidates, employers, recruiting partners, and visitors who interact with our website and recruiting forms. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with JTS, we may collect:

Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, classified information, or other highly sensitive information in forms or uploaded résumés. Do not upload security clearance documents.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate potential job matches; communicate about recruiting services and opportunities; coordinate interviews and authorized introductions; assess employer needs and partnership opportunities; administer our business; maintain records; protect against fraud and misuse; and comply with applicable law.

3. Candidate introductions and sharing

We may share relevant candidate information with prospective employers or recruiting partners for legitimate recruitment purposes, subject to applicable consent, confidentiality commitments, and legal requirements. Our intended process is to seek a candidate's permission before making an identifiable résumé submission to a specific external organization. We do not sell candidate résumés or contact information to data brokers.

Submitting an employer or partner inquiry does not establish a service agreement, fee arrangement, exclusivity, or candidate ownership rights. Such terms require a separate written agreement.

4. Service providers and Jotform

Our intake forms are hosted by Jotform. When you submit one of those forms, Jotform processes your responses and attachments to provide the form service and may send automated notification emails. Other vendors that support hosting, business email, security, and website operations may process data on our behalf. Their handling of data may also be governed by their own privacy policies and agreements.

5. Veteran and military-spouse information

Providing veteran or military-spouse status is voluntary. We use that information to support military-connected career outreach and recruiting efforts, not to guarantee placement or exclude otherwise qualified applicants. Candidates from all backgrounds are welcome.

6. Data retention and security

We retain records as reasonably necessary for recruiting relationships, business operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, and review deletion requests subject to applicable retention requirements. We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet-based transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to ask us to stop contacting you about recruitment opportunities. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law and any necessary record-retention obligations. You may withdraw a prior recruiting-contact preference by emailing us.

8. Cookies and third-party links

Our pages may link to external sites, including Jotform and LinkedIn, whose privacy practices we do not control. The website or its providers may use essential technologies needed for site delivery and security. If analytics, advertising pixels, or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required notices or consent controls should be updated before deployment.

9. Children's privacy

Our recruiting services are intended for adults and individuals legally able to seek employment. We do not intentionally solicit information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information to us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our recruiting services, technology providers, or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date and any further notice required by law.
